How to book
We recommend patients with symptoms contact an ophthalmology clinic immediately. To request an appointment:
1. Use the appointment form (right) or follow the booking link.
2. Provide a brief history: symptom onset, current medications, systemic conditions.
3. An administrator will contact you to confirm date/time and required tests.
Preparing for your visit
- Bring any previous eye reports or imaging
- List your current medications
- Expect pupil dilation and imaging during the visit
